5. AI and Content Disclaimer

The prompts provided on this Service are designed for use with AI tools and language models. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • Prompts are provided as suggestions and templates only
  • You should review and verify all AI-generated content before use
  • We do not guarantee the theological accuracy of AI responses
  • The Service is a tool to assist ministry, not replace pastoral judgment
  • You are responsible for how you use and apply AI-generated content

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted content), features, and functionality are owned by Church Prompt Directory and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Community Prompts

Prompts submitted by users are intended for community use. By submitting a prompt, you agree to share it with the community under these Terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse of the Service or other users
  • At our sole discretion

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Church Prompt Directory and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your content submitted to the Service

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
